These Terms & Conditions ("Terms”) govern your use of the iShopping mobile application and related services ("Services”), operated by Two Sticks Retail and Delivery CC, trading as iShopping ("we,” "us,” "our”). By creating an account and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Jurisdiction: Registered and operating in Namibia
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
To place an order, you must create an iShopping account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity on your account.
You must be 18 years or older to use the Services.
Alcohol delivery is only available to customers of legal drinking age. We may request ID at the time of delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any account found to contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
iShopping currently delivers only within Windhoek, Namibia.
Delivery windows will be communicated at checkout and confirmed via phone or WhatsApp. While we make every effort to meet these windows, we do not guarantee specific delivery times.
We will notify you if items are unavailable, if substitutions are necessary, or if estimated delivery times change.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
If you are not available to receive your order, we may leave it at a confirmed safe location at your request. Once delivered, risk of loss or damage transfers to you.
Payment must be made online through the iShopping app or via EFT.
Orders may be cancelled only before shopping begins. Once your order has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled.
If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp and we will work to correct the issue.
No refunds are provided for opened items, including alcohol, groceries, and skincare.
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Promotions, discounts, and offers may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
25 points = N$1 (Namibian Dollar).
Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points expire 180 days from the date they are earned.
Maximum redemption limits may apply at checkout.
Birthday Reward: 125 points, valid for 180 days from receipt.
Refer-a-Friend: 125 points earned when your referral makes a purchase. Referral links are valid for 90 days. Points expire 180 days from receipt.
iShopping is a delivery service only. We are not responsible for product quality, safety, or defects from manufacturers or suppliers.
Skincare and consumable products are provided "as is” and used at your own risk.
Except as required by law, iShopping is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
We collect and store your data (such as contact details and delivery addresses) only to fulfill orders, process payments, and provide customer support.
A separate Privacy Policy explains how we use, store, and protect your personal data. By using iShopping, you agree to the terms of that policy.
We may use your contact information for order updates, promotions, and marketing unless you opt out.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for misuse, fraud, abuse of services, or harassment of staff/drivers.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Namibian courts.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting in the app. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
