At iShopping (Two Sticks Retail and Delivery CC), we work hard to ensure your orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shopping Begins:
    You may cancel your order at no charge if shopping has not yet started. To cancel, please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp.

  • After Shopping Has Started:
    Once our shoppers have begun purchasing items, the order cannot be cancelled. At this stage, you will be charged the full amount of the order.


2. Changes to Orders

  • If you need to change an order (such as adding or removing items), please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp.

  • Changes can only be accommodated before shopping begins. After that point, no modifications are possible.


3. Refunds & Returns

  • If an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery so we can correct the issue.

  • We may replace the item, issue store credit, or provide a refund at our discretion.

  • No refunds or returns are available for:

    • Opened or partially used items.

    • Perishable goods (groceries, beverages, etc.).

    • Alcohol products.

    • Skincare and consumable products.

5. Our Commitment

We aim to provide excellent service and will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. However, iShopping reserves the right to decline refunds or replacements if the policy conditions above are not met.
