At iShopping (Two Sticks Retail and Delivery CC), we want every order to arrive fresh, accurate, and in good condition. Because iShopping is a delivery service and not the direct seller of the items, all purchases are final once completed. However, we will work with you if there is a problem with your order.
You may request a replacement or refund if:
An item was missing from your order.
You received the wrong item.
An item was damaged at the time of delivery.
A perishable item arrived spoiled or unsafe to consume.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or partially used products.
Perishable groceries that were correct at delivery but later spoiled.
Alcohol products, unless delivered in error.
Skincare and consumable products once opened or used.
Items correctly purchased and delivered according to your order.
If you experience a problem with your order:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number, description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
Our team will review and decide whether to issue a replacement, refund, or credit to your account.
Approved refunds will be issued as a credit to your iShopping account or back to your original payment method (depending on the situation).
Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Because we purchase items directly from local stores, we cannot always guarantee a replacement for every product.
